Grilled Cajun Swordfish

- 1 large Swordfish steak
- ¼ cup white wine
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. fresh ground pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Place swordfish in a shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over fish and place in refrigerator for about an hour.
- Grill over high heat about 3 minutes per side.
