Grilled Cajun Swordfish

Ingredients
  • 1 large Swordfish steak
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Place swordfish in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour marinade over fish and place in refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Grill over high heat about 3 minutes per side.
