I can’t believe 4th of July has already passed! I think I’ve realized that like 90% of being an adult is just complaining about how fast the year is going by. I had a great time up at my fiancé‘s family lake house boating, watching fireworks, eating tons of food and drinking pretty much all day every day. Now it’s time to get back to a semi-healthy diet before my trips to Vegas and Destin next month. This cocktail is wonderful, because it’s low in calories but will still give you a decent buzz. Leave it to me to find a way to diet without dropping alcohol altogether. 😉
“Vodka is for rich white women on diets.” – Ron Swanson (see?)

Top with a couple more drops of rose water (because it’s fabulous and refreshing AF) and garnish with a lemon slice!
