Ingredients
  • 1 750 mL bottle of rosé
  • juice from one lemon
  • 8-10 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ - 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
  1. Pour rosé into a 9x13 baking dish and freeze for 5-6 hours.
  2. In a small saucepan add water and sugar. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add strawberries and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit about 20 minutes.
  5. Double strain into a small bowl and chill in fridge until ready to use.
  6. Chip away at frozen rosé and transfer to a blender.
  7. Add lemon juice, strawberry syrup and ice. Blend for 30 seconds.
  8. Place blender in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  9. Process again quickly right before serving.
