- 1 750 mL bottle of rosé
- juice from one lemon
- 8-10 strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ - 1 cup crushed ice
- Pour rosé into a 9x13 baking dish and freeze for 5-6 hours.
- In a small saucepan add water and sugar. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add strawberries and simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit about 20 minutes.
- Double strain into a small bowl and chill in fridge until ready to use.
- Chip away at frozen rosé and transfer to a blender.
- Add lemon juice, strawberry syrup and ice. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Place blender in fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Process again quickly right before serving.
