- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz cranberry-infused simple syrup (recipe in post)
- fresh basil leaves
- Prosecco
- Rosemary garnish
- Add gin, lemon juice, syrup and basil to a shaker. Muddle basil well.
- Add ice, shake for 30 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
