- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.75 oz St Germain
- 0.5 oz Royal Rose Blackberry simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 3-4 fresh blackberries
- 5-6 fresh raspberries
- sparkling wine to top
- candy hearts to garnish
- Add vodka, St Germain, simple syrup, lemon, blackberries and raspberries to shaker.
- Muddle well.
- Add rice and shake for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain into a fresh glass of ice.
- Top with bubbly.
- Garnish with candy hearts.
