Greek Salad

Ingredients
  • 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • red onion, sliced in long thin strips
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup EVOO
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard and spices to a salad dressing shaker. Shake well until combined.
  2. Add rest of ingredients to a large serving bowl. Toss to combine.
  3. Drizzle dressing over top and toss again.
