Perfectly Peared Martini

- 2 oz gin
- ½ cup chopped pear
- 0.75 oz Royal Rose lavender lemon simple syrup (linked) *see note for sub*
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- Prosecco to top
- Pear wheel to garnish
- ice
- Add gin, pear, simple syrup and aperol to a shaker.
- Muddle pear well into the liquid.
- Add ice, shake for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain into a glass (couple or martini preferred).
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish.
