Big Juicy Cheeseburger (topped with onion rings)

Mouthwatering cheeseburger stacked to the sky with toppings including extra crispy onion rings.
Ingredients
  • 1 - 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • sesame buns (or buns of choosing)
  • sliced cheddar cheese
  • toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickle, crispy bacon, homemade onion rings (recipe linked in post), spicy sauce (recipe in post), ketchup, mustard
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Mix together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl until fully combined.
  2. Press into 4-5 burger patties.
  3. Heat grill to high and brush grates with oil.
  4. Grill burgers 3 minutes per side or until desired temp.
  5. Add cheese and cook 1 more minute to melt.
  6. Remove to a place.
  7. Brush buns with olive oil and grill for about a minute or until toasted.
  8. On bottom bun add lettuce, two cheeseburgers, tomato, pickle, bacon, onion rings.
  9. Spread spicy sauce and/or ketchup/mustard on top bun.
