Pork Chops

Ingredients
4-5 small pork chops
⅓ cup flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Trim fat off pork chops.
Place flour in a small bowl.
Whisk eggs and milk together in another small bowl.
In a third bowl or plate mix together bread crumbs and herbs.
Heat olive oil in a medium-large saucepan over medium heat.
Coat each chop in flour, shaking off excess.
Next coat in the egg/milk mixture, shaking off excess.
Last coat with breadcrumb/herb mixture.
Sear each chop for 2 minutes per side.
Place all chops in a large baking dish.
Add some water and place the dish in the oven.
Cook for an hour and a half, continuing to add water to the dish so they don't burn.
