Prepare BBQ sauce (mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium-sized saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 20 minutes stirring frequently until thick. Let cool).
Bring a large saucepan of water to boil.
Add ribs and salt and boil for 2 hours.
Heat grill.
Once ribs are cooked remove from pan and shake off excess water.
Place ribs in a large bowl or skillet.
Brush with 1-1¼ cup BBQ sauce on all sides. (Reserve rest for serving.)
Grill for about 10 minutes flipping halfway through or until a nice char has developed.
Brush with remaining sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
