The Bacon & Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Woodford Reserve (or any bourbon of your preference)
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • splash Ginger Ale
  • Candied Bacon, garnish
  • Whiskey ball ice cube
Instructions
  1. Pour bourbon over ice in a rocks glass
  2. Add lemon juice and maple syrup and stir
  3. Top with a splash of Ginger Ale
