Serves: 4-6
- 5 lb chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed

- Grill wings turning occasionally and moving to lower heat if the skin is cooking too quickly.

- While wings are grilling prepare sauce. In a small saucepan add water, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
- Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve honey.
- Reduce to simmer for 5-8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Strain through a sieve into a small bowl to remove solids. Set aside and let cool.
- Remove wings from grill to a large plate.
- Toss with sauce and serve OR brush with sauce and return to grill for another 8-10 minutes to allow glaze to caramelize to the wings.
