Minty-Ginger Cider

- 2 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz agave nectar
- 1 small piece ginger
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 4 oz apple cider
- edible flowers or mint leaves to garnish
- Add tequila, lemon juice, agave, mint leaves, and ginger to a shaker. Muddle mint and ginger.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with apple cider.
- Garnish with edible flowers or more mint.
