Spa-Tini

Published: May 21, 2019 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

Imagine you're at a spa post massage getting a pedicure or facial. Wrapped in a warm comfy robe. Not a care in the world. The epitome of relaxation. If you'd like to sum that whole experience up until one glass - let me introduce you to this drink. The Spa-Tini. Perfect after a long Monday back at work or to mellow you out through the drama of The Bachelorette. I created this cocktail years ago which made it's way onto cocktail menus at several downtown bars.

You will need gin (I like Bombay with this recipe), St Germain, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger, cucumbers and mint. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Muddle the ginger, cucumber and mint well into the liquid. Add ice and shake for a good 60 seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with thin cucumber slices and reserve the rest for your eyes. Cheers!
