Easy Rosé Punch

Published: Aug 14, 2021 · Modified: Sep 12, 2023 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

While I love to make unique handcrafted cocktails, sometimes it's easier to just throw everything into a big punch bowl, and allow your guests to serve themselves! This Rosé Punch is delicious, simple, ready in no time and perfect for summer. It also packs a punch so you've been warned! Jump to Recipe

What is in Easy Rosé Punch?

This punch is made up of  Rosé wine (obviously), vodka, club soda and fresh fruit and mint. That's it! It's truly so easy. You can swap the club soda for sparkling water or even spiked seltzer (like White Claw) if you want! I like club soda since it's already an alcohol-heavy punch though. What fruit you want to throw in is up to you! I used watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries and blueberries. I also added edible flowers as a garnish.

How do you make Easy Rosé Punch?

The longest part of this recipe is chopping the fruit. So it's pretty fast! Simply pour Rosé into a punch bowl, add vodka and club soda. Then toss in your fruit and mint and stir. I like to add additional club soda to the tops of the glasses once served, as it will go flat over time in the bowl. This gives each glass some extra bubbly. I also like to let it chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving, to allow the fruit to infuse the punch.

When should you serve Easy Rosé Punch?

Any time you want a boozy, refreshing summer cocktail! This is great for having friends over, cookouts, or served poolside or at the beach! Simply transfer to a cooler for a destination drink. Enjoy!
