Peanut Butter Kisses

Published: Dec 19, 2016 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

These Peanut Butter Kiss cookies taste like my childhood. My mom made them all the time as I was growing up, especially around the holidays. I always helped her which turned into a fun Christmas tradition. These cookies are gooey and delicious and the baked kisses melt right in your mouth!

Start by beating butter and peanut butter in a large bowl at medium speed for about 30 seconds.

Add sugar and brown sugar and continue beating until fluffy.

It should look something like this!

Add egg, milk, and vanilla and beat well.

In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add flour to the cookie mixture, beating well. (This was always my job when I baked them with my mom as a kid!) Preheat oven to 375.

Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet either greased or lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are about 2 inches apart as they will expand when baking. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

Remove cookies from oven and place one Hersey Kiss in the center of each. Bake for 1-2 more minutes. This gives them that amazing melt in your mouth texture.

Ta-da! Bring them to your family Christmas next weekend! P.S. Can you believe Christmas is a week from today?! INSANE! k, bye!
