Sparkling Raspberry Kiss

Published: Oct 9, 2016 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · 2 Comments

The Sparkling Raspberry Kiss is one of my favorite cocktail creations. It's sweet but tart and the bubbles hit you at first sip! It's also a nice transition cocktail from summer to fall since raspberries are still ripe.

For this guilty pleasure you will need vodka, St. Germain, fresh raspberries, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Prosecco. You might remember St. Germain from my earlier posts (the bacon of cordials) it is an elderflower liqueur made from refined sugar and water solution and uses the flowers of the European elderberry. To make this delicious drink simply add lemon juice, simple syrup, and raspberries to a shaker. Muddle slightly (the raspberries will fall apart further when shaking so you don't need to muddle much). Add St. Germain, vodka, and ice to shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with edible flowers or more raspberries. Cheers!
