Watermelon Sage Splash

Published: Jul 31, 2020 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · 1 Comment

Cheers to Friday happy hour! It has been a crazy couple of weeks for me between work and getting super sick (joy), so this cocktail is much needed and even more deserved. I partnered with Buckeye Vodka to create a summer cocktail using their local, Ohio made premium vodka. Watermelon is *obviously* the official fruit of summer, so I wanted to incorporate it. Then I noticed I had some sage in my fridge, and I love sage in cocktails. I'd never mixed it with watermelon before, but I figured I'd try it out and hiiii new favorite. So. Refreshing. I also threw in some fresh lemon juice, honey and topped it with sparkling rose. Hello summer in a glass!
