- 3 slices sourdough bread
- 1 avocado halved, seed removed
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- 3 poached eggs directions in post
- Everything Bagel seasoning to taste
- capers optional
- fresh dill optional
- fresh lemon optional
Toast sourdough slices to desired crispiness. Meanwhile cook eggs.
Smash avocado across toast with fork.
Top with salmon then egg.
Sprinkle with seasoning, capers and dill.
