Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 avocado halved, seed removed
  • 3 slices smoked salmon
  • 3 poached eggs directions in post
  • Everything Bagel seasoning to taste
  • capers optional
  • fresh dill optional
  • fresh lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • Toast sourdough slices to desired crispiness. Meanwhile cook eggs.
  • Smash avocado across toast with fork.
  • Top with salmon then egg.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning, capers and dill.
