Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush crostini with olive oil.
- Toast in oven for about 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile heat balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Simmer on low 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Set aside to cool.
- Allow crostini to cool then spread with cranberry sauce.
- Add Brie.
- Then Prosciutto.
- Top with small mint leaf. Secure with toothpick.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.
