Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb broccolini or broccoli crowns chopped (mostly heads, some upper stem)
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • cup fresh Parmesan grated
  • 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • cup olive oil extra virgin

Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Method
 

  1. Bring a large salted pot of water to boil over high heat.
  2. Boil broccoli for about 2-3 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Add broccoli, basil, Parmesan, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper to food processor.
  4. Secure lid and mix until combined.
  5. Add olive oil and mix until smooth.
