Candy Coated Cocktail

Happy Valentine's Day! Are you staying in or headed out? We opted to stay in this year. I'm making one of our favorite scallop dishes (linked below) and sipping on these cocktails! As well as some Caymus Brad got for me today. πŸ™‚ I had a Galentine's Day event last night for the SLC pop-up partnered with Spritz Sparkling Tea for cocktails, candy and clothes! Unbeatable combination. Tomorrow we're celebrating my brother-in-law Paul's birthday and my best friend Kelsey's! Busy weekend so chill night tonight.

This drink is super simple. Vodka, St Germain, blackberry simple syrup (I use Royal Rose), lemon juice, fresh raspberries & blackberries and sparkling wine! Don't forget to garnish with those candy hearts! Cheers!

I think you meant β€œadd ice” not β€œadd rice”
