Minty-Ginger Cider

Published: Oct 16, 2016 by Laura Lee · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

I've been having so much fun creating fall cocktails to share with you all! This Minty-Ginger Cider is a different take on the usual hard ciders incorporating tequila into the mix as opposed to rum or whiskey. I hope you enjoy it!

For this drink you will need tequila, apple cider, agave, fresh lemon juice, ginger, and mint. Add tequila, agave, lemon juice, ginger, and mint to a shaker. Muddle the mint leaves and chunks of ginger into the liquid to really infuse the taste. Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with apple cider. Garnish with some edible flowers or mint leaves. Cheers!
