Pesto Broccolini

- 1/2 lb broccolini (or broccoli crowns) chopped (mostly heads, some upper stem)
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2/3 cup fresh Parmesan grated
- 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
Bring a large salted pot of water to boil over high heat.
Boil broccolini for about 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towel.
Add broccolini, basil, Parmesan, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper to food processor.
Secure lid and mix until combined.
Add olive oil and mix until smooth.
